ZAZS ZAZS-64 Electric angle type control valve is powered by single-phase AC 220V power supply, receives 0 ~ 10mA DC signal and automatically controls the opening of the valve, so as to achieve continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level. It is an important link in the automatic regulation system of production process. Structural principle of ZAZS ZAZS-64 Electric angle type control valve

It is composed of DDZ-II DKZ series straight stroke electric actuator and angle valve.

The electric angle valve inputs the DC current signal sent by the transmitter, which is amplified by the servo amplifier to drive the actuator to generate axial thrust and drive the regulating valve to act, so as to cause the change of medium flow, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating various thermal parameters in the system. At the same time, the actuator sends a valve displacement signal for comparison by the servo amplifier, Keep the regulating valve at a position corresponding to the input signal to complete the servo regulation task.

After the electric regulating valve is equipped with DFD-09 electric operator, it can realize the manual to automatic (automatic to manual) switching of the regulating system, and can also be controlled remotely, but it has no midway limit capability. When the power supply is interrupted, the electric angle valve is kept at the position when the power is cut off, and the manual operation can be carried out by pulling out the hand wheel.

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level.
