ZAZN ZAZN-16 ZAZN-40 ZAZN-64 Electric double seated control valve is powered by single-phase AC 220V power supply. Receive 0 ~ 10mA DC signal and automatically control the opening of the valve, so as to achieve continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level. It is an important link in the automatic regulation system of production process. It is widely used in the automatic control system of electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, food and other industrial departments.

Structural principle of ZAZN ZAZN-16 ZAZN-40 ZAZN-64 Electric double seated control valve

It is composed of DDZ - Ⅱ DKZ series straight stroke electric actuator and double seat valve.

The input of the electric control valve is the DC current signal sent by the regulator. After amplified by the servo amplifier, it drives the actuator to generate axial thrust and drive the control valve to act, so as to cause the change of medium flow and adjust the temperature of various thermal parameters in the system. At the same time, the actuator sends a valve displacement signal for comparison with the servo amplifier to keep the regulating valve at a position corresponding to the input signal to complete the servo regulation task.

After the dfd-09 electric operator is configured, the manual to automatic (automatic to manual) switching of the regulating system can be realized, and the remote manual control can also be carried out, but there is no midway limit capacity. When the power supply is interrupted, the electric regulating valve remains at the position when the power is cut off. At this time, the manual operation can be carried out by pulling out the hand wheel.

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve.
