ZAZPF ZAZPF-10 ZAZPF-16 Electric lining control valve (hereinafter referred to as Electric lining control valve) is composed of straight through single seat plastic lined valve and electric actuator. The valve cavity and valve internals of the plastic lined valve are lined with poly per fluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the PTFE bellows sealing structure is adopted in the upper valve cover. Therefore, the electric single seat plastic valve can be widely used in the regulation and control of highly corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, various strong alkalis and strong oxidants.

The ZAZPF ZAZPF-10 ZAZPF-16 Electric lining control valve has the following characteristics:

1. Corrosion resistance. The inner cavity of the valve body, valve core, valve seat and valve stem are lined with F46 with a thickness of 2.5 ~ 3mm, which can resist strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali.

2. Good sealing performance. PTFE bellows and packing are used for double sealing between the upper valve cover and the valve stem.

3. Small leakage. Because the valve core and valve seat are soft seals, the leakage is small

4. DN3 / 4 and Dn40 ~ 150 valve bodies are of integral structure, and DN20 ~ 32 valve bodies are of separated structure.

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level.
