ZAZNC ZAZNC-16 ZAZNC-40 ZAZNC-64 Electric double seated control valve is powered by single-phase AC 220V power supply, receives 4 ~ 20mA DC signal and automatically controls the opening of the valve, so as to achieve continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level. Electric double seat valve is an important link in the automatic regulation system of production process. It is widely used in the automatic control system of electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, food and other industrial departments.

The electric double seat valve consists of DDZ-Ⅲ DKZ series straight stroke electric actuator and double seat valve.

The input of the electric control valve is the DC current signal sent by the regulator, which is amplified by the servo amplifier to drive the actuator. The axial thrust is generated to drive the action of the regulating valve, resulting in the change of medium flow. For the purpose of regulating various thermal parameters in the system, the same actuator sends a valve displacement signal for comparison with the servo amplifier, so as to keep the regulating valve at a position corresponding to the input signal and complete the servo regulation task.

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level.
