Overview of  HTS Single seated control valve

The valve core of HTS Single seated control valve adopts the upper guide structure, the valve structure is compact, and there is an s-streamlined channel, so that it has small pressure drop loss, large flow, wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristics, which meets the iec534-2 standard. The leakage of regulating valve shall comply with ANSI b16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with multi spring membrane actuator, which has compact structure and large output force. The product complies with GB / t4213-92. HTS single seat regulating valve is the final control element in the field of industrial automation process control, which changes the process parameters such as medium flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level with the help of power operation by receiving the control signal output by the regulating control unit.

Working Principle of  HTS Single seated control valve

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve.
