Overview of Bellows seal globe control valve

Bellows seal globe control valve is a regulating valve with top guide structure. The valve body of pneumatic diaphragm bellows regulating valve is compact, the fluid channel is s-streamlined, with small pressure drop loss, large flow and adjustable. The upper valve cover adopts corrugated pipe seal structure, which can eliminate the possibility of leakage of process medium from the moving clearance of valve stem. It is suitable for the regulation of extremely toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile and rare and precious metal media. In addition, the valve can also be used in vacuum occasions. This is one of the characteristics of bellows seal valve. Due to the deformation and outstanding anti-aging of bellows components, this control valve completely overcomes the weaknesses of packing aging and temperature difference sensitivity that usually exist in packing seal valves. Secondly, the double sealing structure of bellows and packing is adopted, which has better performance. Therefore, it has been applied in the automatic control system of rare and special media such as highly toxic, highly corrosive and radioactive. The regulating valve is equipped with multi spring membrane actuator, which has compact structure and large output force.

1. It can resist the corrosion of almost all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia).

2. Good sealing performance: double sealing with bellows and packing to ensure no external leakage.

3. Small leakage: due to the soft sealing of valve core and valve seat, the leakage is low.

4. It has a double sealing structure: a Teflon V-shaped packing sealing area is set at the upper end of the upper valve cover. Once the bellows assembly fails, it can be used as a channel seal, which increases the sealing safety of the pneumatic bellows regulating valve.
