Overview of HPS Single seated control valve

HPS Single seated control valve is a control valve with upper guide structure. The valve has the advantages of compact structure, small pressure drop loss, large flow and wide adjustable range. The guiding area of the valve core guiding part is large and has good vibration resistance. The leakage of regulating valve shall comply with ANSI b16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with multi spring membrane actuator, which has compact structure and large output force. The product complies with GB / t4213-92.

Working Principle of HPS Single seated control valve

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve.
