ZHBPF-10 ZHBPF-16 ZHBPF-10W ZHBPF-16W Pneumatic lined control valve is composed of a straight through single seat plastic lined valve and a pneumatic film multi spring actuator. Due to the polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) in the valve cavity and trim of the plastic lined valve, and the PTFE bellows sealing structure is adopted in the upper valve cover. Therefore, the plastic lined valve can be widely used for the regulation and control of highly corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, various strong alkalis and strong oxidants.

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level.
