ZMBN-10W ZMBN-16W Pneumatic bellows seal control valve including pneumatic diaphragm straight through single seat bellows seal regulating valve and pneumatic diaphragm straight through double seat bellows seal regulating valve, is a variant of pneumatic diaphragm straight through single and double seat regulating valve, which has the advantages of simple structure, reliable action and so on. The upper valve cover adopts a corrugated sealing structure and forms a double sealing form combined with the packing seal, so it can safely and reliably prevent the process medium from leaking outward from the valve stem gap. When the air chamber of the actuator receives the pneumatic signal, it will promote the pressure contraction of the diaphragm spring and the displacement of the push rod, valve rod and valve core, so as to change the flow area between the valve core and valve seat and change the flow, so as to adjust the process parameters.

1. Pneumatic diaphragm straight through single seat bellows regulating valve: there is only one valve seat in the valve, which has the advantage of small leakage, but the unbalanced force is large. Limited by the output force of pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the working pressure difference should not be too high.

2. Pneumatic diaphragm straight through double seat bellows regulating valve: there are two valve seats in the valve, which has the advantages of large flow capacity and small unbalanced force.

3. The bellows assembly with anti rotation structure is connected with the spool so as to prevent the torsion of the assembly during the assembly process and damage the bellows components.

4. It has a double sealing structure: a Teflon V-shaped packing sealing area is set at the upper end of the upper valve cover. Once the bellows assembly fails, it can be used as the second seal, which increases the sealing safety of the pneumatic bellows regulating valve.

5. The upper end of the valve stem is a left-hand thread, so that the stroke can be adjusted through the connecting nut when the valve stem cannot rotate.
