Wafer connection V-port control valve  adopts the movable valve seat structure loaded by leaf spring. The valve seat and the ball will not have problems such as jamming or separation, and the sealing is reliable and the service life is long. The valve core of the V-shaped ball valve is designed as a V-shaped notch with a special switch, which has large flow capacity, small pressure loss, accurate closure characteristics and control functions, and the flow characteristics are approximately equal percentage. The V-shaped ball defect structure is adopted for the hoist, which completely solves the problem that the valve chamber is easy to deposit media. The wafer V-shaped pneumatic ball valve is composed of a double (single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and a quick mounted ball valve. The pneumatic piston actuator uses low friction materials to make the bearing sleeve, and the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body are hard anodized for corrosion prevention, which greatly improves the service life of the cylinder.
