V-Control ball valve is composed of GT pneumatic piston actuator and wafer type V-shaped ball valve. Pneumatic piston actuators are divided into single acting and double acting. The sealing forms of wafer type V-shaped ball valve are divided into soft sealing and hard sealing. Because the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve is a right angle rotary structure, it has a strong shear effect when the valve core rotates relative to the valve seat, so this product is especially suitable for the regulation and control of media with fibers and micro particles. The valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, papermaking, metallurgy and other industries.

Features of V-Control ball valve

V-Control ball valve has large flow capacity due to its simple flow path and small flow resistance; There are two types of notches on the core of V-shaped ball valve, which have approximately equal percentage flow characteristics and U-shaped which have approximately linear flow characteristics. Therefore, flow control with different flow characteristics can be realized without adjusting the positioner; Its adjustable ratio can reach 300:1, which is much larger than the straight through single or double seat regulating valve; The valve has a high sealing grade. The leakage grade of the soft sealing structure is gb/t4213vi, and the leakage grade of the hard sealing structure is gb/t4213iv. It is convenient to change the positive and negative reaction modes of the actuator. The conversion of the action mode can be realized by rotating the initial position of the valve core by 90 ℃.
