Overview of WCB CF8M V-port ball valve

WCB CF8M V-port ball valve   is composed of GT, at, aw and other pneumatic piston actuators and wafer type V-shaped ball valve. The sealing form of V-shaped ball valve is divided into soft seal and hard seal. Soft seals are divided into: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and para polyphenylene (PPL), which are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical, petroleum, papermaking, mining, electric power, aluminum, food, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, municipal, mechanical equipment supporting, electronic industry, urban construction of water, oil, gas and high viscosity, fiber, solid particles and other fields.

Features of WCB CF8M V-port ball valve

1. Small size, can be installed vertically.

2. It has good regulation characteristics: the V-shaped ball valve has a natural flow characteristic of approximately equal percentage and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, the V-valve can provide control in a wide range of changes.

3. Flow volume: due to its streamlined shape and full right angle rotation control, the large value of volume is particularly high, with large flow capacity and small flow resistance. Therefore, smaller and more economical valve sizes can be used.

4. V-type ball valve adopts double bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and small starting torque, which ensures that the valve has good sensitivity and induction speed.

5. Reliability: the valve body is a whole, the operation is not affected by the pipeline pressure, and the leakage of the valve body can be avoided.

6. Superior sealing performance of metal valve seat: V-shaped ball valve adopts movable metal valve seat, self-service compensation function, and has superior sealing performance and long service life. In flow direction, leakage ≤ 10-6 × Rated flow coefficient.

7. Shear capacity: the V-shaped ball valve adopts a metal hard sealing structure. During the rotation of the V-shaped ball valve core and metal valve seat, the V-shaped notch and the valve seat produce a strong shear force, which can cut off impurities such as fibers, and has a self-cleaning function to avoid the occurrence of valve seizure.

8. Pneumatic actuator can be equipped with air source processing triplet, reversing solenoid valve, limit switch and other accessories.
