V-port ball control valve  is a right angle rotary control valve, which is mainly used as a regulating valve, but also as a starting valve.

Features of V-port ball control valve

1. Valve body:

a) The integral design provides higher strength for the valve body and can better withstand the pipeline pressure

b) The leakage caused by flange connection of two-piece valve body is avoided

c) At the same time, it has two structures of flange clamping

2. Valve core:

a) The specially designed V-shaped ball has strong shear effect and sealing performance on the medium, and the flow characteristics of the medium can be adjusted in equal proportion.

b) Hard chromium plating, desalination, supersonic spraying and other sealing surface hardening processes can be used to increase the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface.

c) The precision ground spherical surface reduces the friction between the sealing surfaces, thereby reducing the torque.

3. Valve seat:

a) The special design without valve seat cover avoids the dead angle between the valve seat and the valve body, which is easy to be blocked, and avoids the situation that the valve seat is stuck.

b) The valve seat spring adopts the snap ring design, which greatly reduces the torque required to drive the valve while providing the pre tightening force for the valve seat seal.

c) The valve seat with preload can provide a good seal for the valve even under a small differential pressure
