Pneumatic V port ball valve start cylindrical spring preloaded movable metallic seat structure with compensation. The ball core and the control device seat will not be clogged or separated. The V- shaped notch on the ball core has shear effect with the metal valve seat suited to controlling high viscosity media including fiber, solid particles and slurry. Paper pulp of structure developing paper industry is superior. Thevalve has large flow capacity, small pressure loss, and the medium will not be transferred in the cavity of the body. The valve has around equal proportional flow characteristics and large adjustable range.
