Mannual V-port ball valve  is driven by the valve stem and rotates around the ball valve shaft. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control. The V-shaped ball core of hard sealed V-shaped ball valve and the metal valve seat of hardfacing carbide have strong shear force, especially suitable for media containing fiber, micro solid particles and so on. The multi-way ball valve can not only flexibly control the confluence, diversion and flow direction switching of media, but also close any channel to connect the other two channels. This valve should normally be installed horizontally in the pipeline

Features of Mannual V-port ball valve

1. Wear resistance; Since the valve core of the hard sealed ball valve is spray welded with alloy steel and the sealing ring is overlaid with alloy steel, the hard sealed ball valve will not wear too much when opening and closing (the hardness coefficient is 65-70)

2. Good sealing performance; As the seal of hard sealed ball valve is manually ground until the valve core is completely consistent with the sealing ring. So its sealing performance is reliable.

3. Light switch; Since the bottom of the sealing ring of the hard sealed ball valve uses a spring to closely connect the sealing ring with the valve core, when the external force exceeds the preload of the spring, the switch is very light.

4. Long service life: it has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power generation, paper making, atomic energy, aviation, rocket and other departments, as well as people's daily life.
