Overview of HSC Single seated control valve

HSC Single seated control valve is suitable for occasions where flash and cavitation are easy to occur in high-pressure differential stage. It is a high-performance single seat regulating valve. The solid sleeve protects the valve body from valve evaporation and cavitation. The valve has compact structure and s-streamline channel, which makes it have small pressure drop loss, large flow and wide adjustable range. The valve core has large guiding area and good vibration resistance. The leakage of regulating valve shall comply with ANSI b16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with multi spring membrane actuator, which has compact structure and large output force. The product complies with GB / t4213-92. Single seat regulating valve is the final control element in the field of industrial automation process control, which changes the process parameters such as medium flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level by receiving the control signal output by the regulating control unit and with the help of power operation.


Working Principle of HSC Single seated control valve

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve.
