Overview of  HCN Cage guided control valve

HCN Cage guided control valve can reduce the noise of compressible fluid. In order to adapt to gas throttling, diffusion and expansion, many symmetrical small holes are set on the sleeve to reduce the pressure drop. The valve core adopts pressure balance structure. The fluid channel is s-streamline, and a guide wing is also set to improve the fluid balance flow around the sleeve, so that it has small pressure drop loss, large flow and low noise. The leakage of regulating valve shall comply with ANSI b16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with multi spring membrane actuator, which has compact structure and large output force, and the product conforms to GB / t4213-92.

Working Principle of  HCN Cage guided control valve

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve
