Overview of  HCB Cage guided control valve

HCB Cage guided control valve is a pressure balance type regulating valve. The flow channel in the valve is s-fluid line, and a guide wing is also provided to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve. The advantages are small pressure drop loss, large flow rate and wide adjustable range. The flow characteristic curve has high precision and good dynamic stability. The control valve has the advantages of low noise, low cavitation corrosion, good dynamic stability, low noise and air defense, which is suitable for controlling the high pressure differential fluid of various temperatures. The LHA multi spring film actuator or electric actuator is used, which has compact structure and large output force. The product complies with GB / t4213-92.

Working Principle of  HCB Cage guided control valve

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve
