Overview of PTFE PFA lined globe control valve

PTFE PFA lined globe control valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, s-streamline fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and assembly, etc.

It is widely used to accurately control the process parameters of gas, liquid and other media, and keep the pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level at the given value. It is especially used where the allowable leakage is small and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is small. This series of products have standard type and regulation cut-off type.

Features of  PTFE PFA lined globe control valve

1. Corrosion resistance: the inner cavity of the valve body, valve core, valve seat and valve rod are lined with F46 with a thickness of 2.5-3mm, which can resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion.

2. Good sealing performance: PTFE bellows and packing are used for double sealing to ensure no leakage.

3. Small leakage: because the valve core and valve seat are soft seals, the leakage is lower than the national level IV standard.

4. Fine and small multi spring actuator is adopted, with small volume, light weight and high adjustment accuracy [1].

5. Good regulation function, manifested in ① flow characteristics; ② Adjustable ratio R; ③ Small opening working performance; ④ Flow coefficient; ⑤ Adjust the speed.
