Q941Y Q941Y-16 Q941Y-16C Q941Y-16P Electric ball valve flange connection and floating ball straight through. The sealing form is hard seal. The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of cemented carbide. The nominal pressure is PN16 ~ pn63, the nominal diameter is DN15 ~ DN200, the applicable temperature is - 28 ~ 500 ℃, and the valve body is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Due to the use of hard seal (metal seal), this valve is especially suitable for media with particles, solids, slurry and high temperature and high pressure pipelines.

Q941Y Electric ball valve is suitable for two position cut-off and adjustment. The connection between the valve and the actuator adopts the direct connection mode, which is composed of DCL series fine and small electric actuators (different models of electronic electric actuators or gas piston actuators can also be configured according to user requirements) and ultra short ball valves. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system, without additional servo amplifier. It can control the operation by inputting 4-20mA signal and 220V AC power supply. Compared with ordinary electric ball valve, it has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, light weight, close distance between valve seat and end face flange, less material retention, superior sealing performance and so on.
