                                          Installation of VFR series eccentric rotary valve

Before installing the control valve, check whether the tag number, main technical parameters, action type, nominal diameter, spring range and material on the control valve nameplate meet the pipeline process requirements. Pay attention to the following items during installation:

1. Before installing the control valve, remove the foreign matters in the connecting pipe and control valve, such as welding slag, grease, oxide skin, etc., and clean the sealing gasket surface and flange sealing surface. After installation, make the control valve fully open, clean the pipeline and valve and test the tightness of each connection

2. Generally, the control valve shall be provided with a bypass pipeline, so that the production will not be affected when the automatic control system fails or the control valve is overhauled.

3. The control valve shall be installed with the medium flow direction consistent with the flow direction indicated on the control valve body

4. The nominal diameter of the control valve shall be the same as that of the pipe. If not, the reducing pipe fittings shall be used

5. Since the corrugated diaphragm and other rubber elements of the actuator are prone to aging at high temperatures, the ambient temperature of the control valve is - 45~60 ℃ (EPDM diaphragm), - 60~60 ℃ (silicone rubber diaphragm)
