VFR SFR DFR Eccentric rotary valve is a kind of regulating valve with novel structure. The rotation center of the valve core is not concentric with the rotating shaft, and an eccentric distance is designed, which can not only seal reliably, but also reduce the wear of the sealing surface and prolong the service life. The whole machine has the characteristics of small volume, large circulation capacity and wide adjustable range.

It can be equipped with pneumatic actuator and electric actuator to meet various automatic control requirements. It is mainly used in occasions with high viscosity, solid and easy to stick media.

Working Principle of  VFR SFR DFR Eccentric rotary valve

The regulating valve is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into straight through single seat regulating valve and straight through double seat regulating valve. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage .The regulating valve is used to regulate the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium. The opening of the valve is automatically controlled according to the signal of the regulating part, so as to achieve the regulation of medium flow, pressure  and liquid level. The regulating valve is divided into electric regulating valve, pneumatic regulating valve and hydraulic regulating valve
