Lined V-Port Ceramic Ball Valves is evolved from stop valve. It has the same 90 degree rotation and lifting action, but the cock body is a sphere with a circular through hole or channel on its axis. The ratio of the sphere to the channel port should ensure that when the sphere rotates 90 degrees, all spheres should appear at the inlet and outlet to cut off the flow.

The structure of type a ceramic regulating ball valve is the same as that of type O ceramic ball valve, except that the valve ball is of type V structure. As a regulating valve, in addition to the excellent performance of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, zero leakage and so on of fully lined type O ceramic hard seal ball valve, it also has the following characteristics:

1. Compared with ordinary O-type ball valve, V-type ball valve has the characteristics of equal percentage flow regulation, which is more flexible to regulate the flow of medium, with large adjustable range, fast regulation speed, simple and convenient maintenance and cost saving.

2. When the valve works with a small opening, it will not produce startup and oscillation. It has a fine-tuning function, which can meet the regulation of very small flow, and the working state is very stable.

3. During the opening and closing process of the V-shaped ceramic ball valve, the V-shaped channel of the ball and the valve seat have a shearing effect, which can cut up and remove the fibers and solid particles contained in the medium, and the structural ceramics have good self-cleaning property, which can prevent the accumulation of debris between the sealing surfaces from causing the valve door to jam.
