1. The perpendicularity between the flange surface on the piping and the piping center line and the error of flange bolt hole shall be within the allowable range. The valve and piping center line shall be installed after * is obtained.

2. When tightening the bolt, use a wrench matching with the nut. When tightening with oil pressure and pneumatic tools, be careful not to exceed the specified torque.

3. When connecting two flanges, first make the flange sealing surface and gasket evenly pressed, so as to ensure that the flanges are connected by the same bolt stress.

4. The fastening of flanges shall avoid uneven force, and shall be tightened in the direction of symmetry and intersection.
