D943W D943W-10 D943W-16 Electric butterfly valve adopts precise U-shaped elastic sealing ring and three eccentric multi-level metal hard sealing structure. It is widely used in gold treatment, electric power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage, municipal construction and other industrial pipelines with medium temperature ≤ 425 ℃ for regulating flow and carrying off fluid. The valve adopts three eccentric structure, and the sealing surfaces of valve seat and disc plate are made of stainless steel with different hardness. It has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The valve has two-way sealing function, and the product meets the national valve pressure test standard GB / T13927-92.D943

1. The valve adopts a three eccentric sealing structure, with almost no wear between the valve seat and the butterfly plate, and has the sealing function of tighter and tighter.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life under low and high temperature.

3. The sealing surface of disc plate adopts surfacing cobalt based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and has long service life.

4. The large-size butterfly plate adopts quilted frame structure, with high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.

5. The valve has a two-way sealing function. It can be installed in any direction without the restriction of medium flow direction and the influence of spatial position.
