Features of D643 Pneumatic butterfly valve

1. The butterfly valve has the advantages of simple and compact structure, light weight, easy installation and disassembly and convenient maintenance;

2. The butterfly valve adopts stainless steel "U" type sealing ring, which has certain elasticity. It has excellent tightness with the butterfly plate under the conditions of high and low temperature;

3. After strict calculation, the three-dimensional eccentricity of the butterfly valve has almost no friction between the "U" seal ring and the butterfly plate, long service life, and has the function of closing more and more tightly;

4. The sealing surface of butterfly plate adopts surfacing cobalt based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and has long service life.

5. The butterfly valve has a unique structure. The "switch" can be completed only by turning the valve stem 90 °. The operation is flexible, convenient, labor-saving, not affected by the medium pressure, and the sealing performance is reliable;

6. High temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
