The electric three-way regulating valve realizes the adjustment of pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters. The valve core structure adopts cylindrical thin wall window, and uses the side guide of the valve core. It has the characteristics of good stability, low noise, high allowable differential pressure, and simple connection. When the nominal diameter and pressure difference are small, the combiner valve can be used for diversion and can be used interchangeably, but it cannot be used interchangeably when the nominal diameter is greater than DN100 and the pressure difference is large.

The electric three-way regulating valve has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow, small volume and high regulation accuracy. The control precision and performance are obviously improved compared with DKZ type. The electric three-way regulating valve has the advantages of high regulation accuracy, stable and reliable action, etc. The electric three-way confluence regulating valve is mainly used for mixing two fluids into a third fluid; The electric three-way diversion control valve is mainly used to divide one stream of fluid into two streams. The electric three-way regulating valve can replace two single seat and double seat regulating valves which are mutually switched, and is used for the regulation and control of liquid, gas, steam and other media.


Details that must be known when installing the electric three-way regulating valve

1. Before installation, carefully read the instructions, cut off the relevant power supply and install by professional technicians.

2. The water flow direction must be the same as the arrow direction on the valve body.

3. The valve body must be located above the drain pan of the coil to ensure that water drops into the drain pan.

4. The valve body and driver of the imported electric three-way regulating valve must be installed within ± 60 ℃ in the vertical direction, and there should be at least 30mm space above them for disassembly.

5. Keep enough space for maintenance and operation with the surrounding pipelines, equipment and buildings, and install them where maintenance personnel can reach through the manhole.

6. The driver can be installed only after the valve body is installed and passes the pressure test with the pipeline.

7. If the driver has been installed on the valve body, do not exert force on the driver during installation and commissioning, otherwise the driver will be damaged.

8. After the installation is completed and checked to be correct, power on for debugging. At least three complete operating cycles of the drive shall be observed to ensure that all components are correct. After the water free commissioning is qualified, the water test shall be carried out. The differential pressure between water supply and drainage of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15 MPa to ensure the effectiveness of the electric three-way regulating valve on the water flow switch. two


The electric three-way regulating valve converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve, and continuously regulates the pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other process parameters of the fluid in the pipeline. The seat valve has two valve core balls, the upper and lower valve core balls. The thrust of the fluid acting on the upper and lower valve cores is opposite in direction but close in size. The unbalanced force is very small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the rated flow coefficient is larger than that of a single seat valve of the same caliber, but the leakage of the valve is larger than that of a single seat valve. The imported electric three-way regulating valve is suitable for clean media where the leakage is not strictly required and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is large.
